The MK-8 and MK-9 of the Pohl Force Movieknives Custom Edition are two very special collector's items. The enclosed certificate confirms the authenticity of the two exclusive custom knives.
Matching the delivery of the first Customs Knives, the certificates were also completed this week. Cut and notched by hand, the 300 g/m² fine, old grey paper provides the backbone for the very special certificate and the exclusive photo print. The two photographs of the MK-8 and MK-9 were taken directly on the workbench of the workshop by knifemaker Andy Wood in the north of London. The photographs are printed on high-quality 325 g/m² Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta. The fine and distinct structure of FineArt Baryta creates a very special feel with a tangible surface structure, almost like leather. A captivating three-dimensionality and depth creates a special liveliness in the photo.
The integrated certificate is an exciting contrast to the photograph. It appears rough and natural. Printed on handmade paper. Made from 100% cotton following a 2000 years old tradition. Each certificate is given the individual serial number of the knife and is personally signed by Dietmar Pohl.
